- 2 Tbsp ground coffee
- 1/3 c. soy or almond milk
- Stevia (optional)
Heat the milk. I put mine in a microwave-safe mug and microwave for 30 seconds.
In the meantime, brew a half cup of strong coffee. I use the same amount that I would use for two regular cups and about 4 ounces of water. I’ve got a Senseo one-cup coffee maker with a programmable cup size, so that makes it easy.
While the coffee is brewing, use the milk frother according to the directions. I add a few drops of liquid stevia at this point so that it gets mixed in well. I have a cheap little hand milk frother from Tiger and it takes about 40 seconds until it’s nice and frothy. When the coffee is done, pour it into the glass and pour the frothy milk over the top. Use a spoon to mound the remainder into a nice dollop on top.
